Are you UNDER 25?
Sorry! Currently, we are not renting out our vehicles to anyone under the age of 25.
Call your bank in advance!
We have a mandatory minimum deposit of $500.00 for every rental vehicle. This is subject to change if your estimated charge exceeds the minimum deposit. Once you return our car, we release the hold and charge the total.
We accept debit and credit cards
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
The name on the contract must match the name on the debit/credit card.
IF YOU DO WISH TO PAY WITH DEBIT, full coverage is MANDATORY for our vehicles. This includes the LDW and the ALI.
Our contracts are opened and closed at our office
We offer free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is only 3 minutes from our airport location, don’t forget to put your flight number in your reservation!
Not flying in? No worries! Let us know in your reservation if you need to be picked up at your hotel or villa.
Need to return late?
We offer 24-hour rentals; therefore, if you wish to avoid any extra hour or day charges, the time you pick up the vehicle should be the same time you drop off the vehicle. Let us know in advance if you wish to extend your contract or if you’re going to be a little late dropping off- we could waive the late fee for you if applicable!
If you would like to extend your contract for more than 2-3 days, we may ask you to come into our office to sign the change of price.
Returning to our airport location?
Please return to our office during our open hours, not the Providenciales International airport parking lot- a $75.00 pickup fee will be applied otherwise. If you need to return outside of our hours of operation, please inform us beforehand so we can ensure proper closure of your contract.
All of our cars are 100% smoke free
Smoking is PROHIBITED in our Avis vehicles. There is a $200.00 fee if you return the vehicle with smoke/offensive odors.
In the case of any accidents or damages…
Call the police IMMEDIATELY in the case of an accident, our emergency number on island is 911.
After making a report, please call us and report to us with any one of our contact numbers.
There may be a $40.00 police report processing fee will be charged to your credit card if applicable.
If damages occur to our vehicle in any other type of situation, please let us know so we can have you file a report for insurance purposes. If you do not have any coverage with us, extra fees may be given. With the authorization hold, you give us consent to hold at least USD$500.00 until a claim is settled.
